Montville Mountain Village (SLT3)

Travel past ginger and sugar plantations this afternoon as you head for the hinterland. View some of the Sunshine Coast's most picturesque areas such as Mapleton and Flaxton, before arriving in Montville, 'the creative heart of the Sunshine Coast'.

There is time to browse and enjoy the many craft, gift shops and galleries in this charming little mountain village. Enjoy the handmade candy kitchen or the cuckoo clock shop. After leaving Montville, you can choose between a guided rainforest walk through the Mary Cairncross Park or perhaps a wine tasting at Maleny Mountain Wines, before returning to the coast in the late afternoon.
